To provide a comprehensive overview of an RSP applicant's experience and capabilities, especially highlighting their past engagements that are no longer active, a new section could be introduced in the RSP Handbook Appendix A, following RS.1. Existing Registry Services and RS.2. New Registry Services. The responses will help ICANN and its evaluators understand the applicant's broader experience in the field, including how they handled transitions, closures, or any significant challenges during their tenure as an RSP. This insight will contribute to a more nuanced evaluation of the applicant’s historical performance and operational resilience.
